The conference consists of three days; the Annual General Meeting on day one, followed by two days of discussion, presentations and strategising about regatta organisation, marketing, race management measurement and sailing development. For 2021 the conference will take place over two days only, from October 8 – 9. It will be hosted digitally, and the agenda issued prior to the event.
In previous years speakers have included Peter Holmberg, representatives from Sailors for the Sea, Tim Cross as World Sailing Caribbean regional coordinator and many of the organisers and race managers from across the region. The conference is a fantastic opportunity to discuss concerns, pitch ideas and seek support from peers, sponsors and industry stakeholders.
Who is Eligible
The Conference is open to members of the CSA from across the region and is attended by regatta directors, marketeers, measurers, yacht club managers, sailing programme managers and other professionals within the industry.
A detailed Conference and AGM Schedule will be available on the website in the near future.
